How many students are scheduled per session?

Each session is 1:1 private tutoring unless semi-private is requested.

 

Can I combine students from the same household?

Yes, for an additional fee I can work with multiple students within the same session.

What will you be working on during the tutoring time?

I would like for the student to get as much out of the session as possible so the more I know what they need ahead of time the better.  Please include specific learning objectives when booking the session.

Which online platform will be used?

We will use zoom.  After booking the session I will send you a link.

​

Can I cancel a session?

Yes, please cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

How often should I schedule my child's sessions?

This is a good question with many variables at play.  One thing to consider is age.  Another is the educational concept being learned.  We can further discuss this question at your first session.

Why is the location Cafe/Home/Library?

After booking a session we will communicate via e-mail the best location for meet up, whether it be a private home or a public space. ​

How to Download Your Digital Product

After your purchase goes through, you’ll see a download link right on the order confirmation page—just click it, and your files will start downloading. We’ll also send that same link straight to your email so you can come back to it anytime.

Tips:

• On a computer, your files will usually land in your “Downloads” folder.

• On a phone or tablet, you may need to save them to your device or your favorite cloud storage app so you can find them easily later.

Refund Policy for Digital Products, Online Courses, and Coaching

Because our products are instant access digital downloads, they can’t be returned once purchased. For that reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.

The same applies to our online courses and coaching sessions — once purchased, your spot and materials are reserved for you and cannot be resold to someone else. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for these services.

We encourage you to read the product or course description carefully before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.

After your purchase is complete, you’ll receive instant access to your files via a download link on the order confirmation page and in a follow-up email.
